US police officer arrested for raping teen at traffic stop

An American police officer in San Antonio, Texas is arrested after a female teenager accused him of handcuffing and raping her during a traffic stop over the weekend.

The 40-year-old officer, Jackie Len Neal, pulled over the 19-year-old woman around 2 a.m. Friday on the South Side telling her that her car was reported stolen.

The officer handcuffs and then takes the woman into the back of his patrol car despite the fact that the teenager provides him with the sales slip of the vehicle, according to officer’s arrest warrant.

The alleged crime takes place as the video cameras of the patrol car were not functioning due to a lack of hard drive. This is while the car’s GPS tracking system shows it parked for nearly 20 minutes on Betty Street as the victims has claimed
