Twitter launches mysterious #birdsignals online research community

Twitter has launched a rather mysterious online research community for UK users called #birdsignals, which you might be eligible to become a member of.

To find out if you're eligible to join #birdsignals, you'll first need to give it permission to connect to your account -- as you would with other apps such as Klout -- and it will then ask you a series of questions (basically ASL). If you're lucky enough to be in the correct demographic, you'll officially be part of the community and will be invited to take part in various surveys.
