Long believed to be descendents of East Asians, ancient DNA has linked Native Americans to a Siberian boy who lived 24,000 years ago in Europe or West Asia.
The boy's DNA, which is the oldest nuclear genome to be sequenced, shows close ties to today's Native Americans.
