Floods have wreaked havoc and displaced tens of thousands of residents in many parts of the South, with three people killed in Trang province and half of Songkhla declared a disaster zone yesterday. Songkhla's disaster prevention and mitigation office said eight of 16 districts Muang, Chana, Singha Nakhon, Ranot, Sathing Phra, Khuan Niang, Krasae Sin and Rattaphum were put on the disaster list as floodwater wrecked homes, cars and fields.
